Automatic fire sprinkler systems are proven to be the most effective means of reducing death and property loss in a fire. Westates is seeking to ally with commercial, industrial, medical and residential developers looking for the most advanced, design build, fire protection systems currently available. Our experienced staff has the knowledge in the design, fabrication, installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, service and repair of all types of fire protection systems. We can design and install wet, dry, preaction, foam systems in any conditions.
New construction has been our focus and has given us extensive experience with underground private service mains, booster pumps, high rise fire pumps, fire sprinkler reservoirs, wet piping systems both steel and CPVC.
Westates Fire Protection Division is involved with the design and installation of fire protection in the medical field including OSHPD reviewed and inspected work. Our workers are trained in infection control to accommodate the demands of this type of work.
With the adoption of NFPA 25 by the California State Fire Marshal building owners with fire sprinkler systems are required to keep a documented record of state mandated inspections, maintenance and services. WSM offers a complete Inspection Service. We offer flow testing of fire pumps, pressure reducing valves and hydrants as part of this service.
The Fire Protection Department works closely with Local 483 Sprinklerfitters and Apprentices.
